The Wedding of Maria + Jonah
Silver Shores Waterfront
Maria and Jonah found Bearded Wolf Productions through Google while searching for wedding photography and videography in the Detroit and Metro Detroit area. Their wedding journey with us began with engagement photos at the historic Michigan Central Station in Detroit. We also did a secondary videography session in downtown Wyandotte, where we captured video footage to give their wedding highlight film even more depth and personality.
Their wedding day took place at Silver Shores Waterfront in Wyandotte, Michigan. The day was well lit with an overcast sky, which made for stunning natural light photos along the waterfront. The energy was upbeat and spiritual which shines through in their wedding video.
One of the most unforgettable moments happened when we learned that Jonah's brother, the best man, who was previously not expected to make the wedding, made last-minute arrangements to be there. Jonah had no idea! We set up a false first look between Jonah and his mother, but when he turned around to see mom, he was overcome with joy to see his best man instead! Maybe the best wedding moment ever, and we caught it on photo and video!

Where do I start? My husband & I are absolutely thrilled with James & Erica.
What an awesome couple to work so closely with. Since the very first engagement session to the wedding they were so helpful, answering our questions, helping us plan timelines, and even doing an extra video engagement session to level up our wedding video! Everyone who has seen our pictures has loved them!
And.. our video… I may be biased but it was the greatest thing I have ever watched. All of our guests who watched it even said that it was the best wedding video they had ever seen as well.
During the wedding day, they worked very closely with our team of people to make everything flow smoothly - even perfectly rearranging to capture the last minute arrival of the best man!
If I could rate 6 stars I would.
