HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?
We call it a down-payment retainer. It is 25% of the grand total of our services. We will send you an invoice with our contract attached, and once it's paid we will turn away all other inquiries for the same date.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?
Yes, we sure do! Typically, we divide the total by four, with the first payment being the down-payment retainer. The remaining three payments can be spread out over the course of time until the wedding date. This isn't written in stone. We can arrange for different payment methods if needed. Just let us know!
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
Only if the drive-time is over two hours. We want to make sure we are on time and ready to go the day of your wedding, so with distances over two hours, we will arrive the night before and stay in a nearby hotel.
CAN WE MEET YOU FIRST?
Absolutely yes! It is such a good idea to get to know all your vendors beforehand, and we would love to buy you a cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, whatever you like! Just let us know where you'll be traveling from and we'll find a cozy place to chat somewhere in the middle.
