HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

20% of the grand total of our services is required to reserve your date. We'll send you an invoice with our contract attached and once it's paid we will turn away all other inquiries for the same date. Most couples book with us about 18 months out.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

Yes! We've found that couples appreciate the grand total being divided into five payments and spread out over the course of time until the wedding date. This isn't written in stone. We can arrange for different payment methods if needed. Just let us know.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

No.

CAN WE MEET YOU FIRST?

Absolutely yes! It's a great idea to get to know all your vendors beforehand. We'd love to meet up and buy you a cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, whatever you like! Or we can keep it convenient and chat via video using the Zoom app or Facetime.

DO YOU HAVE A BACKUP PLAN?

A great question! Life is unpredictable and we certainly pray for peace and health every day. However, should an emergency render both James and Erica unable to attend on the wedding day and no associates are found to cover, a full refund will be issued to you. In this extremely rare event, we'll contact our many friends and acquaintances in the wedding industry to help you find a replacement.
